Our friendly bi-lingual staff provides guests with a comprehensive and detailed show-through of the vehicles on pick up and are always happy to assist with any questions.

What is included – we include more than others in our standard rates

KEA doesn’t hide any costs! We recommend you always carefully check any quotes you obtain for additional charges which could make your holiday a lot more expensive than you budgeted for.

• GST (10%)
• Credit card fees (can be up to 4.5%) and administration fees (3%)
• Unlimited kilometres
• Additional drivers (must be 21+ years)
• Standard vehicle insurance cover (AUD 7,500 bond and excess)
• Cleaning fee
• Toilet chemicals
• FULL gas bottle(s) at pick up and you can return them empty Unlimited bedding/towels – you are welcome to ask for more at pick up
• Bedding exchange anytime during your holiday regardless of the length of hire at the depots
• Our team is happy to assist with tips and recommendations on campsites, and what to see and do during your travels
• 7 day roadside assistance, as well as comprehensive manuals and instructions and complete personalised show-through upon pickup
